Our specially crafted refund policy is to safeguard your money!
The refund policy designed by our team is devoid of any confusions or doubts in case of a full* or partial refund of a client’s payment. A client can request for a refund of the amount paid if they are not satisfied with the content or if the content is substandard and plagiarized. The customers are advised to ask for a free revision of their draft first before asking for a reimbursement. Under the following circumstances, a full or partial compensation can be made on the client’s request:
- Date of delivery not met
- Substandard or plagiarized content delivered
- If the delivered content does not fully meet the requirements provided by the client at the time of placing an order
- If the revision is incomplete or partially done
- Unavailability of the customer care personnel when contacted by the client through phone, chat or e-mail
The refund can, however, be requested within seven days of the delivered order. With the acceptance of the Quality Assurance Department, the request for a reimbursement will be fulfilled within 10-15 days. If the client does not specify whether a full or partial refund is required, the decision of the QAD to fulfill the request will be considered final.
